1. Service Description

Metadata Cleaner is a Google Workspace Add-on that removes hidden metadata from files in Gmail and Google Drive. The service processes files within Google's infrastructure and does not transfer file contents to external servers.

2. Acceptance

By installing and using Metadata Cleaner, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the add-on.

3. Accounts

Your account is identified by your Google Workspace email address. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Plans and Billing

• Free plan: 20 files per month at no cost.
• Paid plans: Billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are displayed in the add-on and on our website.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first payments. Contact support for refund requests.

5. Usage Limits

Each plan includes a monthly file limit. Limits reset on the 1st of each month. Files are counted when the cleaning operation completes successfully.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or licensing
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Share your account access with unauthorized users

7. Disclaimers

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that all metadata will be removed from all file types in all cases.
• We are not responsible for data loss resulting from file processing. Always keep backups of important files.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
